ABSTRACT: First, we used qRT-PCR to measure BAZ1A expression in five HCC cell lines: HepG2, Hep3B, PLC/PRF5, LM6, and SK-HEP-1. Of these cell lines, BAZ1A mRNA levels were highest in PLC/PRF5.We then performed proteomics analyses of PLC/PRF5 cells at 48 h post transfection with si-BAZ1A or negative control si-NC.we found that many DEPs under BAZ1A knockdown were associated with cancer characteristics
