Proteomic investigation reveals the role of bacterial laccase from Bacillus pumilus in the oxidative stress defense


ABSTRACT: We illuminated the role of bacterial laccase in oxidative stress defense through TMT-based quantitative proteomics, which may contribute to deep insight into the adaptive response of bacteria to environments and better application of bacterial laccase in industries.
