Proteomic study on brain tissue of mice infected with Toxoplasma gondii


ABSTRACT: We employed the 4D label-free quantitative proteomics approach to characterize dynamic alterations in host brain tissue protein expression during acute and chronic Toxoplasma infection while taking measures to eliminate potential interference from variations in blood proteins.
