Proteomic data of the heart of Tibetan sheep at different altitudes
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The heart plays a crucial role in the adaptation of Tibetan sheep to hypoxia. In the present study, we utilized proteomic technologies to comprehensively analyze and identify the proteins, pathways, and Gene Ontology (GO) terms associated with hypoxic adaptation in Tibetan sheep at three different altitudes (2500m, 3500m, and 4500m).
