Glycyrrhetinic acid Improve Acne Vulgaris through the Regulation of Sebogenesis and Inflammation

ABSTRACT: Through the TMT-based quantitative proteomic analysis, we showed that the beneficial effects of GA might be related to multiple signaling pathways, which were implicated in the pathology of acne vulgaris. Further investigation is required for the development of GA as a promising natural product with the potential treatment of acne vulgaris in the near future.
