Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Collectively we have profiled a spectrum of sugar metabolite-interaction proteins, and discovered a unique signaling effect of FBP that supports Warburg effect in cancer cells via a histidine phosphorylation of PGAM1, which inspires the development of therapeutic tools of interrupting cancer cell metabolism.
