Cell cycle-related acetylome analysis
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Here, we innovatively focus on the acetylation dynamics during S phase and M phase, identifying 1754 acetylation sites on 791 proteins. A total of 346 significantly changed acetylation sites on 260 proteins are identified for the first time, providing new insights into the regulation of non-histone protein acetylation during the cell cycle.
