ABSTRACT: We performed the first proteomic survey of lysine 2-hydroxyisobutyrylation in Synechococcus using immunoaffinity enrichment and MS-based high-throughput proteomic. We identified 1875 lysine 2-hydroxyisobutyrylation sites on 618 proteins with high confidence in total.
