Proteome and lipidome of Urine-derived Exosomes in Mycobacterium tuberculosis Infected Patients


ABSTRACT: This study confirmed the aberrant lipids and protein spectrum in exosomes of Mtb infected individuals, uncovered novel potential lipid biomarkers for TB/LTBI diagnosis and revealed integral role of exosomal lipid-raft-dependent biological processes in TB pathogenesis.
