TRNA thiolation controls appressorium-mediated infection by enhancing codon-specific translation in Magnapothe oryzae
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Thiolation is a modification on uracil at position 34 of tRNA, and the complex of NCS2 and NCS6 is the enzyme for thiolation. We used mass spectrometry to detect protein changes in NCS2-deficient and wild-type Magnaporthe oryzae.
ORGANISM(S): Pyricularia Oryzae 70-15
