ABSTRACT: To determine the effects of hypoxia on global protein crotonylation, we used tandem mass tag (TMT) labeling, immunoaffinity enrichment, and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) to measure the levels of the MDA-MB231 cell Kcr proteins when cultured under hypoxia and normoxia.
