Effect of TgPP2C-hn on Hela protein expression and phosphorylation modification analysis of phosphorylated 4D-Labelfree

ABSTRACT: In order to explore the effect of TgPP2C-hn on the expression level and phosphorylation modification of Hela protein, we compared the difference of protein expression and phosphorylation modification between the experimental group and the control group. The new generation ion mobility mass spectrometry phosphorylated 4D-Labelfree quantitative proteomics technique was used in this project.
