Comparative proteomics reveals energy and carbon metabolism changes in Scenedesmus quadricauda mutants induced by heavy-ion beam irradiation


ABSTRACT: the two contrasting mutants of Scenedesmus quadricauda were screened out after HIB mutagenesis. Integration of photosynthetic characteristics and comparative proteomic analysis revealed that the contrasting regulation of the TCA cycle proteins was showed in the two mutants.
