RNase III processed sRNA modulates in vivo colonization of Salmonella enterica through regulation of N-acetylmannosamine metabolism


ABSTRACT: To investigate the molecular phenotype for 3’UTR derived sRNA ManS from S.Typhimurium STM1128 mRNA during ManNAc metabolism, we conducted mass spectrometry-based proteomics with both wild-type and ManS-deleted strains to check the differences.
