Proteomic Analysis of SiHa cells and Ect1/E6E7
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Proteomic analysis was used to investigate how Lactobacillus crispatus affects the growth of cervical cancer cells (SiHa) and normal cervical cells (Ect1/E6E7). We characterized the proteomic changes during co-incubation, and proposed a ferroptosis-related cervical cancer inhibitory mechanism.
