Multi-omics approach identify key proteins and regulatory pathways in colorectal cancer


ABSTRACT: In order to screen out robust biomarker(s) in relation to CRC development, we here took advantage of the nontargeted proteomic technologies to comprehensively profile the characterizations of multiply types of biological specimens (including tissues and blood) from patients, and tissues from CRC mice as well. The present study aimed to identify the key regulatory pathways and proteins associated with the molecular pathogenesis of CRC.
