The proteomic and metabolomic differences in mice fed ε-polylysine were detected by high-throughput sequencing and screening. The effects of ε-polylysine on the proteome and metabolomics of C57 BL/6 J mice were studied. DIA proteome sequencing and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) were used to compare ε-polylysine-modified mouse proteome and metabolome.
