Proteomic analysis reveals proteins and pathways associated with the effects of total flavonoids of Hippophae rhamnoides L. on ameliorating excessive erythropoiesis in high-altitude polycythemia mice.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The study established high-altitude polycythemia(HAPC) mouse model and used the 4D-label-free quantitative proteomic technology to identify the differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) after total flavonoids of Hippophae rhamnoides L.(TFH) administration. The representative DEPs related torelated to the inhibitory effect of TFH on excessive erythropoiesis were validated by PRM.
