Global Analysis of Protein Acetylation in the Kidneys of C57BL/6 Mice with Cisplatin-Induced Renal Fibrosis (label-free quantitative proteomic data)
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To investigate the relationship between cisplatin-induced renal fibrosis and acetylation, we reported for the first time the acetylome in the kidneys of C57BL/6 model mice, as well as the differences between the cisplatin group and the normal control group. We identified 4,813 Class I (localization probabilities > 0.75) acetylated sites in 2,029 proteins in the kidneys of cisplatin-induced renal fibrotic mice, which greatly expanded the existing database of acetylomes.
