Proteomics of Cell Line Encyclopedia
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Human cancer cell lines are commonly used as model systems in biomedical research. We conducted multi-level proteomics analyses on 55 cancer cell lines derived from various human tissues using mass spectrometry (MS) . MS identified 10088 proteins, 33609 phosphorylated sites from 7289 phosphoproteins, and 56350 glycosylation sites from 1509 glycoproteins.
