Glial UDP-glycosyltransferase Ugt35b regulates longevity by maintaining lipid homeostasis in Drosophila
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To validate the role of glial Ugt35b in lipid metabolism, we carried out co-immunoprecipitation experiments to identify physical interaction partners of Ugt35 in glial cells. For this, we expressed HA-tagged Ugt35b under the pan-glial driver (repo-GS) and fed the flies with RU486 for 10~14 days, followed by Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometry (MS) to identify co-immunoprecipitated proteins (IP-MS). Anti-HA beads were used for the experimental group, and anti-Flag beads were used for the control group .
