Proteomic, phosphoproteomic, and acetylproteomic data of overexpressed K292 mutations (KQ and KR) in the FH gene in HCT116 cells


ABSTRACT: This study overexpressed the K292-mutant FH gene in HCT116 cells, introducing lysine-to-glutamine (Q) and lysine-to-arginine (R) mutations to simulate acetylation and deacetylation, respectively. Mass spectrometry (MS) analysis was then performed on the proteome, phosphoproteome, and acetylproteome.
