Mechanism of pro-damage repair action of egg white peptides
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Egg white peptides have the potential to accelerate the healing of skin wounds. However, the peptide sequences and structures in which they function, as well as their molecular mechanisms of action remain unclear. In this study, two egg white peptide sequences and structures (LVEEY and QVPLW) with wound healing-promoting effects were identified by HSFs scratch assay.
