Dietary secoisolariciresinol diglucoside metabolites enhance immunity and suppress colorectal cancer through inhibiting the SYK/NF-κB/MMP3/Decorin axis


ABSTRACT: We established a subcutaneous tumor model in BALB/c nude mice using the HCT116 cell line and administered secoisolariciresinol (SECO) orally to one group for 18 days. Tumor tissues were then collected for 4D-label-free proteomic analysis.
