Identification of RSC1 interactors in Magnaporthe oryzae
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Affinity capture of RSC1 in Magnaporthe oryzae is important. RSC1 is required for building a more accessible chromatin, whereas disruption of RSC1 leads to abnormal fungal growth and sensitivity to DNA damage stress, accompanied by dramatic nucleosome changes. RSC1 enriches within promoter of genes and mainly functions as a transcriptional activator at its-occupied genes.
ORGANISM(S): Pyricularia Oryzae 70-15
