Liver proteome interaction of polystyrene nanoplastic particles (NPPs)
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The present study aimed to investigate the liver proteome wide interaction of polystyrene nanoplastic particles (NPPs). Methodologically, the specific interaction of liver proteins with NPPs were explored through high resolution proteomic profiling. Here we employed LC-MS/MS based HRMS protocol to explore the list of interacted proteins. Further, novel liver proteins interacted with NPPs and its associated molecular pathways have been illustrated.
