Host proteins interacting with EV71-VP1 were identified by mass spectrometry

ABSTRACT: EV71-VP1-HA was first transfected into HEK293T cells, treated with MG132 or DMSO 36 h later, and cells were collected 12 h later. Cell lysates were enriched by protein-G with HA antibody (Roche，catalog no. 11867423001), separated by SDS-page, and stained with Coomassie Brilliant blue. Finally, the proteins interacting with EV71-VP1 were obtained by mass spectrometry.
