Phosphorylation of ZHP-3 expressed in cultured human cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: When we expressed C. elegans ZHP-3 in tissue-cultured human cells, we found that this protein was frequently phosphorylated, likely by human cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs). This suggests that ZHP-3 in C. elegans may function as a substrate for CDKs.
