Proteomic characterization of Pseudomonas aeruginosa persistent clinical urinary isolates

ABSTRACT: We analysed sequential urinary isolates collected from three patients on phenotypic responses to environmental stresses, virulence and motility. Furthermore, to gain insight on adaptive mechanisms of P. aeruginosa in urine, proteomic analyses were conducted using pooled human urine, artificial urine media compared to a standard TS rich medium.
