Proteomic study of hepatopancreas infected by EHP in Litopenaeus vannamei
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The proteomic analysis of hepatopancreas infected with EHP by Litopenaeus vannamei was used to analyze the basic difference, differential GO enrichment, differential KEGG enrichment, sample relationship, GSEA analysis, target protein PPI network and transcription factor analysis. The histopathological results of hepatopancreas were analyzed by combining proteomics. Proteomic analysis revealed disruptions in inflammation, immune regulation, metabolism, and autophagy, shedding light on the molecular mechanisms of EHP-induced tissue damage and informing future disease management strategies.
