PSAT1 impairs ferroptosis and reduces immunotherapy efficacy via GPX4 hydroxylation


ABSTRACT: MDA-MB-231 cells with expression of Flag-GPX4 were treated with IFNg. An immunoprecipitation assay was performed, and immunoprecipitates were subjected to masspec analysis.
