Validation of α-satellite-associated regulators using the dCas9-TurboID system in HeLa cells


ABSTRACT: To validate whether the dCas9-TurboID system is applicable for proximity labeling at specific genomic regions, label-free mass spectrometry was employed to validate the satellite relative proteins that were enriched in the group of stable Hela cell line expressing sgAS.
