Mass spectrometry analysis for IP with SNX10 Antibody in CRC HCT-8 cell


ABSTRACT: SNX10-HA overexpression was performed in CRC HCT-8 cells. Cells were then infected with HCoV-OC43 or control virus fluid. The protein interacted with SNX10 were analyzed by mass spectrometry. The SNX10 overexpressed and control cells in the logarithmic growth phase were collected for IP with HA-Tag Antibody.
