Modification of PCNA by ISG15 Plays a Crucial Role in PDCoV Infection

ABSTRACT: To clarify the novel roles of ISG15 during PDCoV infection, we constructed a stably ISG15-overexpressed IPEC-J2 cell line and employed affinity pulldown and quantitative LC-MS/MS analyses with ISG15, enabling the identification of 350 known and novel candidate ISGylation proteins as well as protein complexes.
