Profiles of exosomal shutter proteins from Chlamys farreri stimulated by Lipopolysaccharide
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Exosomes are innate immune effectors that deliver biologically active substances between cells to fight pathogenic infections. As marine invertebrates, scallops rely primarily on innate immunity to protect against external stimuli. In order to better explore the role of exosomes in innate immunomodulation mediated by exosomes in Chlamys farreri, DIA proteomics quantitative analysis was performed on exosomes in serum of untreated and LPS-treated Chlamys farreri, with three replicates in each group. The scallops were randomly divided into control group (CFEXO) and LPS stimulation group (CFEXO_LPS).
