4D SmartDIA Quantitative Phosphorylation Modified Proteomics of Grape Leaves

ABSTRACT: In this study, we employed a comprehensive suite of advanced techniques to conduct quantitative omics research on phosphorylated proteins in VqLecRKV.4 overexpressing grapevine lines after inoculation with E. necator. These techniques included protein extraction, enzymatic digestion, modified peptide enrichment, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry analysis, and bioinformatics analysis。
