Anti-Asthmatic Immune Mechanisms of the Mt.b ESAT6-Fc Fusion Protein Administered via Intranasal Immunization in Murine Allergic Asthma
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: ESAT6 is secreted by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and has anti-asthmatic properties. Administered via intranasal immunization, ESAT6-Fc fusion protein significantly alleviated in ovalbumin (OVA)-induced allergic asthma (AA) model mice. To investigate the underlying immune regulatory mechanisms of ESAT6 protein, integrated proteomics and transcriptomics analyses were conducted.
