ABSTRACT: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is characterized by progressive renal fibrosis and immune dysregulation. Aprotinin, a broad-spectrum serine protease inhibitor, has shown dose-dependent effects on kidney function, but its role in chronic obstructive nephropathy remains unclear.
