Quantitative Proteomic Analysis of Aeromonas hydrophila Responding to 100 μg/mL Zinc Sulfate Treatment for 8 Hours versus Untreated Control
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This project aims to investigate the proteomic responses of Aeromonas hydrophila to 100 μg/mL zinc sulfate (ZnSO4) treatment for 8 hours compared to an untreated control. Cultured bacterial samples were subjected to quantitative proteomic analysis using LC-MS/MS-based techniques, including protein extraction, tryptic digestion, and label-free quantification. Differentially expressed proteins were identified to characterize molecular mechanisms underlying zinc stress adaptation.
