ABSTRACT: This project aims to investigate proteomic differences between the uteri of normal mice and artificially induced decidualized mice. Uterine tissue samples from both groups were collected and analyzed in data-independent acquisition (DIA) parallel accumulation-serial fragmentation (PASEF) mode on timsTOF Pro2 for quantitative proteomic profiling.
