Proteomic Analysis Reveals Cpn20’s Critical Role in Plastid Function

ABSTRACT: The co-chaperonin CPN20 is a key component of the plastid chaperone which is the major machinery responsible for the protein quality control in Arabidopsis. we intend to explore the function and underlying mechanisms of CPN20 in plant development and growth, and systematically analyze the impact of the CPN20 deficiency on plastid function and protein homeostasis.
