RFC4 Drives Temozolomide Resistance in Glioblastoma by Activating STK38-BECN1-Dependent Autophagy


ABSTRACT: We generated ​two glioblastoma cell lines (LN18 and U251)​​ stably overexpressing RFC4-GFP via lentiviral transduction, followed by ​GFP-Trap affinity purification​ and ​mass spectrometry​ to identify RFC4-interacting proteins.
