Harnessing extracellular vesicles from adipose-derived stem cells for the treatment of 4-vinylcyclohexene diepoxide-induced premature ovarian insufficiency


ABSTRACT: In this study, EVs were extracted and purified from the culture medium of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells isolated from rats. A total of three batches of extracellular vesicles were obtained from the cell samples for the exploration of potential vital protein components in ADSCs and ADSC-EVs.
