Curcuminoids Suppress EV-D68 Infection via the CRYAB-RBM26 Axis by Reversing Viral Hijacking of Nucleic Acid Metabolism and Activating IFN Pathways
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study demonstrates that curcuminoids exert antiviral effects by upregulating CRYAB, which in turn stabilizes RBM26-mediated nucleic acid metabolism pathways. Additionally, CRYAB contributes to the maintenance of the interferon protein pool, leading to the activation of IFN-dependent antiviral pathways.
