Proteomic analysis reveals the potential mechanism of high-temperature-induced miniaturization in Brachionus plicatilis
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To systematically elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying high-temperature-induced miniaturization in Brachionus plicatilis, this study established rotifers cultured at 24 °C as the control group (C) and those cultured at 30 °C as the high-temperature group (H). By proteomic technology, we comprehensively analyzed the dynamic changes under thermal stress in protein level.
