The serum proteomic signatures associated with organ dysfunction based on Phoenix criteria in pediatric sepsis


ABSTRACT: In a prospective study from a tertiary medical center, the MEgreen module was identified as highly correlated with sepsis based on the PPS criteria using WGCNA. The identified hub proteins constituted a novel specific proteomic signature for predicting sepsis-induced organ dysfunction based on PPS criteria and enriched in neutrophil cells.
