Mass spectrometry detection of the proteins related to NIMA-related kinase 7 in the untreated HepG2 cells by LC-MS/MS

ABSTRACT: Co-immunoprecipitation was performed using the cell lysate after mitochondrial isolation, and then the proteins related to NIMA-related kinase 7 were detected by LC-MS/MS. For the mass spectrometry, Q-Exactive HF X(Thermo Fisher) was used. All the proteins are determined by matching the peptides with the uniprot database.
