ABSTRACT: Phosphoproteomic profiling using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) revealed a salt-dependent post-translational modification of MAP18. To identify MPK6 target sites in MAP18, we verified five predicted MAPK phosphorylation sites (Ser-19, Thr-140, Thr-148, Thr-153, and Thr-160).
