Lipid Droplet–Mediated Depletion of DAG in the TGN Impairs IFNGR1 Membrane Localization and Anti-Tumor Immunity

ABSTRACT: Lipid droplets (LDs) are dynamic organelles that regulate cellular metabolism, yet their role in tumor immune evasion remains unclear. Here, we demonstrate that LDs in cancer cells suppress anti-tumor immunity by impairing the membrane location of interferon-gamma receptor 1 (IFNGR1).
