ABSTRACT: Primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) is a chronic autoimmune disease. The aim of this study is to design a liposome nanoparticle modified with butyrate (Bu) loaded with Itaconic acid (IA)( LNP-Bu@IA )Targeted delivery of IA and regulation of Th17/Treg cell balance through metabolic and epigenetic reprogramming to improve primary biliary cholangitis, providing a new strategy for the treatment of PBC.
